I watched the first series of this show and not long after found out about the graphic novels it was based on. How could I resist?
The story follows a cop, who after suffering a gun shot wound and nearly dying, wakes up to find the world is a different place than he last remembered.
No one is around. The hospital, streets and homes are deserted. Unsure of what to do or where to go, he finds comfort in the hope that maybe his family has survived the destruction and they will eventually be reunited.
I have plenty more books to read before I see the conclusion, but it was a great start and I look forward to reading more.
